Connection is a vital part of creating community. I designed a brand ambassador named “Iris” to act as recurring touch point and add a friendly human element.Far more than a web site, this project required building out a configurable modular content platform on a React framework that allowed franchise content owners to integrate their native content and audiences. The core features connect senior populations with local services and with other members all in one central destination. UIUX design was carefully considered for ease of access by multiple age groups and technical comfort levels and included highly intuitive navigation, scaled up interface elements, focused color choices and other visual enhancements.
Project included a complete administrative back end with custom UI for full control of content and user data. Social features included a messaging feed, bookmarking, likes and multimedia posting.
